Bill Baldwin,
President
“There is no substitute for doing”.
Bill Baldwin’s career in Business Aviation provides an incredible foundation of knowledge that spans the scope of the industry. Starting as an Airport Operations Specialist at Morristown, NJ, and then joining the team at NorthEast Airways as a pilot and check Airman.
Bill then headed to Norway to help setup a charter operation and
operated extensively throughout Europe. Upon returning to Boston in 1995 to start up the IS-BAO certified Flight Department he still leads today, that department was showcased in the November issue of BCA, 2016.
In becoming an IS-BAO auditor he gained unique insight to safety management systems. He was also very active in NBAA as committee member on the Professional Development Committee and Corporate Aviation Management Committee. On the CAMC, he and a colleague went on to produce the NBAA Leadership Conference that rewrote the attendance records and forever changed the conference to an industry must attend event.
Affiliations include being invited to join the Aviation Director Roundtable where for 20 years was an active member in good standing. 13 years on the Jet Aviation Advisory Board. Bill has instituted Safety Management Systems, Flight Operations Manuals, Security Programs, Carbon Trading Emissions Scheme, SAFA manuals, dispatch systems and more. Oversaw the acquisition and divestiture of many aircraft in addition to maintenance and refurbishment.


Pablo Penalva,
Senior Consultant
Pablo Penalva is a respected industry expert on International Operations. Starting his career working as a handler for Air Routing in South America. During his tenure with Air Routing he served as a Navigator and interpreter for over 3500 hours on foreign aircraft operating in South America.
He eventually took a position as a Captain for a Flight department operating worldwide and amassed extensive International experience. Pablo owns ARSOT an international handling company specializing in Operations in South America, ARSOT has become the preferred handler for all the large ISP’s for Argentina and Uruguay. Pablo is the South American representative for NBAA International Operators Committee and his articles on South American operation can be regularly seen in Aviation International News and Business and Commercial Aviation magazines.
Andy Eggerts,
Senior Maintenance Consultant
Andy Eggerts possesses the knowledge that only time and diverse experience can provide. Andy started his career with 10 years with Raytheon Aircraft Services as a Chief Inspector, performing AOG, Inspections and Continued Airworthiness. He then joined Jet Aviation, Bedford, MA for the next 10 years performing work on Gulfstream,
Bombardier, Falcon and Cessna Aircraft.
In 2000, Andy assumed the role as a Director of Maintenance of an IS-BAO Part 91 Flight Department with worldwide operations. While in that role, Andy oversaw all aspects of maintenance on Global 6500, Global 6000, GV, G-IV, Challenger 601 including acquisition and divestiture and refurbishment. Andy is still active in the role of DOM and brings 45 years experience to the table.
